This weekend I made this cake for some really good friends son and fiance. There were some serious ups and downs. This was my first attempt covering a square cake with fondant. I also had some major issues with trimming and trying to get everything "square". *sigh* At one point I was in tears thinking it was not going to happen, but I'm happy with the final result. I learned a lot doing this cake.

Almond with Mascopone mousse filling
